What is the Residences at Utah Olympic Park ?
The Residences at Utah Olympic Park features both hotel-style nightly lodging and apartment units specifically designed to meet the needs of training athletes from around the world and Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation employees. The Residences at Utah Olympic Park offers 42 long-term residences in three different floor plans.  Click here for floor plans. 


Where is the Residences at Utah Olympic Park located?
The Residences at Utah Olympic Park is located in Park City, Utah nestled at the base of Utah Olympic Park’s Nordic Ski Jumps. The address is 2855 Olympic Parkway, Park City UT 84098.


I’m not an athlete, coach, or employee. Can I apply to stay at the Residences?
No. A housing agreement with Summit County dictates that at least one individual per unit must meet the qualification requirements. Please inquire with any questions.


What amenities are offered at the Residences at Utah Olympic Park?
Common Area Lounges – Residents and guests have access to a large and cozy Fireplace Lounge and four athlete Tech Lounges equipped with smart TVs for video review and movie watching.
Prep Kitchen & Dining Area – A large common area kitchen may be used by all guests and residents, equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and other common kitchen items. The large adjacent dining area includes an 80” smart TV. Groceries are available in nearby Kimball Junction.
Patio – A furnished outdoor patio is available adjacent to the dining area.
Conference Room – A conference room is available for use and must be reserved.
Laundry – Residents and guests without in-unit laundry may use the coin-/app-operated washers and dryers in the laundry room.
Recreation & Entertainment – Of course, Utah Olympic Park activities are located on-site. Gold-level hiking, biking and XC ski trails are also accessed directly from the Residences at Utah Olympic Park. Nearby Kimball Junction offers the Basin Recreation Fieldhouse, restaurants, shops, movies, and more. The greater Park City community also offers endless recreational opportunities.


I want to stay for less than a month. Can I rent an apartment?
A minimum one-month lease is required for all apartments. Please inquire for special hotel room pricing for extended stays up to 1 month.


I’m under 18. Can I still rent an apartment?
While you’re probably very responsible and capable of living on your own, all minors are required to live with a responsible adult.


Can friends and family visit while I’m living at The Residences?
Of course! Friends and family are welcome. Please inquire for more information on Nightly Lodging options at housing@uolf.org.


Are the Residences furnished?
Yes. All residences are lightly furnished. Click HERE to see a full list of furnishings.


Can I rent additional items during my stay, like kitchen essentials?
Yes, absolutely! Add-on packages are available for apartment leases – including kitchen, bath, and other essentials to fully-outfit your apartment. Link here for the full list. Additionally, a “Community Items” area in the guest laundry room offers items left behind by past tenants.


Are washers & dryers included?
Stackable washers and dryers are featured in Studio and Two-Bedroom/One-Bath units. For all others, a common laundry room is available on-site, featuring coin- and app-operated washers and dryers. A change machine is also available.


Is internet service provided?
Yes. Base-level internet service is included. A monthly service upgrade is available for purchase.


Are utilities included?
Yes. All utilities are included, including base-level internet service.


Is parking free?
Yes. Free uncovered parking is available. All vehicles must be registered and operable.


Are window coverings included?
Yes. Energy-efficient Mecho Manual Shade Systems are included for all windows in each unit.


Do the Residences feature individual patios/decks?
Some Two-Bedroom/Two-Bath units have Juliet balconies or a patio. Please inquire for availability.


Is additional storage available to rent?
A limited number of storage closets (roughly 3’ x 5’) are available to rent for $35.00/month.


How long are lease terms?
Standard lease lengths for apartments are six and twelve months. Please inquire for shorter-term options.


Does my lease have to start on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month?
No. Leases are prorated for your lease term.


Is a deposit required to secure a residence?
Yes. A security deposit and first month’s rent are required prior to moving into the Residences.


Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed with exception of qualified service animals.


Are any units accessible available?
Yes. Several units (both Nightly Lodging and Apartment units) meet accessibility requirements.


Is smoking or vaping allowed in the building?
No. The Residences at Utah Olympic Park is a non-smoking and non-vaping facility, which also prohibits the use of e-cigarettes.

Is there a curfew or quiet hours?
There is no curfew, however, noise levels must be kept at a minimum during Quiet Hours, which extend from 10:00pm to 8:00am.


Can I receive mail at the Residences at Utah Olympic Park?
USPS mail is not delivered to the Utah Olympic Park or Residences. Post Office Boxes are available in to rent nearby at the U.S. Post Office in Kimball Junction – located at 1764 Uinta Way, Suite H1 – and at other locations around Park City.  All other major shippers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon…) deliver to the Residences at 2855 Olympic Parkway, Park City, UT 84098. Please include your unit number.
