Important Move-In Information

Mail

USPS mail is not delivered to the Utah Olympic Park or Residences. For general mail, we recommend opening a PO Box. the closest post office where you may open an PO Box is just down the road at 1764 Uinta Way Ste. H1, Park City, UT 84098.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is a provided amenity at the Residences. Please contact us for Wi-Fi sign in information.


Key Access

Your key fob gives you access to the main entry door on Level 2, Level 1 outdoor patio space, and your unit. If you get locked out of your unit, stop by the office (Unit 208) to have Cassie or Nik let you back in. If we’re not available, please call our maintenance team at (801) 750-2820 in order to get let in.

The building will be locked between the hours of 9:00 pm and 7:00 am. If you are locked out of your unit or the building after hours, please call the Resident Assistant phone at (801) 750-2820.


Maintenance

If something needs attention in your unit, please email maintenance@uolf.org and we will schedule a time with you to resolve the issue.

For emergency maintenance, please call (801) 750-2820 to reach Utah Olympic Park facilities maintenance.


Shuttle

New High Valley Transit shuttle service. Utah Olympic Park and the Residences at Utah Olympic Park will be part if the Mircotransit route. You will be able book a trip using the High Valley Transit District smartphone app or by calling the dispatcher.


Miscellaneous Information

Shower Curtains: For Studio and Two-Bedroom | 2-Bathroom apartments we recommend shower curtains that are extra-long (77 inches).

Please do not machine wash couch cushion covers. This damages the fabric and stitching. If your couch cushion covers are in need of cleaning, please contact us for the preferred cleaning method.

Trash/Recycling: The trash and cycle bin (yellow lid) are in the Northwest corner of the parking lot. Please do not put glass or soft plastic in the recycling bin (even if it says it can be recycled).

Storage: Bikes and other athletic equipment may be stored in your apartment. You can also rent a storage closet for an additional $35 per month – these are roughly 3′ x 5′.
