Covid-19 Response and Policies

We are continuously reviewing our protocols and following county/state guidelines.

General Information

  • While on Residences at Utah Olympic Park property masks are required regardless of vaccination status, in all common spaces, including corridors when COVID-19 Current Transmission Level: High for Summit County, Park City, Utah. 
     
  • Masks recommended in all common spaces when Current Transmission Level is lower than High
     
  • Single layer buffs and perforated or vented masks are not allowed
     
  • If you are currently staying at the Residences in an apartment or hotel room and you request an isolation room due to a Covid risk you must provide a negative PCR test from up to 48hours prior to moving into the room.  This accommodation is based on availability of rooms and a special room rate will apply.
  • The Residences at Utah Olympic Park continues to follow local county and state guideline which can be found here.   In addition to those regulations and guidelines we continue to follow and monitor the updated CDC information and guidelines
  • Residences at Utah Olympic Park will not be requiring proof of vaccination from our guests. This decision was made in accordance with the Utah Department of Health guidelines. If the state of Utah experiences continued resurgence in Covid-19 numbers during the season, our management team will revisit this policy

  • Staff continues to follow Utah Olympic Park Staff COVID-19 guidelines

Nightly Lodging

  • Residences housekeeping team regularly disinfects high-traffic surfaces daily
  • We’ve removed all extra items from the rooms that can be difficult to sanitize (magazines, brochures, pens, & notepads)
  • We continue to operate at reduced occupancy percentage
  • After each guest’s stay, the room has a 2-day minimum break, where possible, before the next guest checks in
  • Groups are required to reserve spots to use the Guest Kitchen and Conference Room in order to reduce traffic  
  • Hand sanitizer and wipes are available throughout each floor with increased signage to encourage guests to wipe surfaces down and sanitize their hands

What we ask of guests, athletes and all other visitors.

  • Do not visit our venue if you are feeling unwell / experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19
  • Do not visit our venue if you have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 
  • Maintain a safe physical distance from others; wear a mask when distancing is not possible or when advised
  • Follow the posted signage
  • Be patient with our team and others as we navigate this new normal
